Onyeka Cindy Ojogbo is an award-winning international energy lawyer and Deputy Managing Partner at Centurion Law Group, one of Africa's leading pan-African legal and energy advisory firms. A first-class graduate of the University of Ibadan and Columbia Law School, she has spent over a decade advising governments, financiers and multinationals on complex oil, gas and infrastructure transactions across more than 30 African countries. Named among the African Energy Chamber's 25 Under 40 Energy Women Rising Stars and recipient of the Private Practice Rising Star Award at the African Legal Awards, Onyeka brings exceptional legal acumen, deep ESG expertise and a passionate commitment to sustainable development to Verdara.

Phina Omondi is a seasoned Transaction Advisory Lawyer distinguished for her unwavering commitment to legal excellence and strategic insight. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at the London School of Economics, she holds a certification in Compliance Management from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. With expertise spanning commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and regulatory compliance, she has built a strong track record advising on complex cross-border PPP transactions across East Africa. A Director at Phinax Global, Phina excels in due diligence, contract negotiation and risk management, seamlessly merging legal proficiency with business strategy. At Verdara, she leads all operational and programme delivery — ensuring every initiative is structured for integrity, scalability and long-term impact.
